About your new designer

I have a bachelor’s degree from Columbia College Chicago and 20 years experience designing for a range of clients, from small creative start-ups to large professional societies and trade associations. Having worked at association management companies for 20 years, I have vast experience working with teams big and small, multi-tasking and delivering quality work on-time and under budget. This new world of freelancing is an exciting chapter for me. I have enjoyed meeting and working with new people and connecting with old friends.

My approach to design is simple — offer quality, thoughtful design, without all of the buzz words and cost associated with them.

Design by nature is fluid, and it takes cues from culture, society and technology. I also have a fondness for typography and believe it’s the foundation of all good design. My job is to take all of these things into consideration and focus them on your particular job and audience.
